• a responsive layout that adapts to phones, tablets and desktops
• keyboard-friendly interaction where it is supported
• forms with visible labels and clear error messages
• appropriate labels on buttons, links and controls
• alternative text on images where the image carries meaning

Accessibility is something we keep working on as the site grows. We have not carried out a formal audit, so we do not claim certification against any specific standard. Where we find a problem, we fix it.
